These Terms and Conditions govern your use of r 789 and everything on it — accounts, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, games, and support. Please read them carefully before you register or place any bets. By using r 789 you agree to everything written here.
These six points cover the things most players want to know before reading the full terms. They do not replace the complete Terms and Conditions below.
r 789 is strictly for adults. No person under 18 years of age may register, deposit, or place any bet on the platform. We verify age during registration and may request additional documents at any time.
Each person may hold only one active r 789 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances in them may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login, use the password reset — do not open a new account.
r 789 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion requirements. Deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR with no hidden exchange charges on our side.
All promotional bonuses at r 789 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, r 789 will only process withdrawals to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Any form of cheating — including collusion, use of bots, exploit abuse, or fraudulent deposits — will result in immediate and permanent account closure. Funds obtained through rule violations are subject to full forfeiture without appeal.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and r 789 ("r 789", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the r 789 platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
Throughout these Terms the following words carry the meanings given below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
To register an Account with r 789 you must be at least 18 years of age, be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing the Platform is not prohibited by law, provide accurate and complete registration information, and hold a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one Account on r 789 at any time. This rule applies regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or email address used. If r 789 identifies that a single individual holds two or more Accounts — whether intentionally or through error — all duplicate Accounts will be closed. Any Bonus Credit in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. Real-money funds in duplicate Accounts will be returned to the Player after an investigation period, minus any winnings generated using Bonus Credit in those Accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. r 789 strongly recommends using a unique password for your Account that is not used on any other service. You must notify r 789 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. r 789 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
All information you provide during registration and at any later date must be truthful and up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. r 789 may suspend or close an Account if it discovers that false or misleading information was provided, and may forfeit any balances in that Account if the false information was provided to obtain an unfair advantage.
Important: Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. Any activity that takes place from your Account is your responsibility, even if carried out by another person using your credentials.
r 789 operates a strict minimum age policy of 18 years. Age is verified at registration using your provided date of birth and mobile number. r 789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
If you cannot complete age verification satisfactorily, your Account will be suspended and access to the Platform denied until verification is completed. Real-money funds deposited by an Account that cannot be verified will be returned to the original payment source. If r 789 establishes that a Player was under 18 at the time of registration, all winnings generated during that period will be forfeited, bonuses will be cancelled, and the deposited funds will be returned to the original payment account.
r 789 currently accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the point of deposit. r 789 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. If you wish to make a large deposit, contact support in advance to confirm the best method.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your r 789 Account instantly in almost all cases. IBFT and card deposits may take a few minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
All deposits are received and credited in PKR. r 789 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and will not process conversion on your behalf. Do not attempt to deposit in any currency other than PKR.
Note: r 789 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are separate from r 789 and are not under our control.
r 789 will only process withdrawals to payment accounts registered in your own name. This is a strict requirement under our anti-money-laundering policy. Attempting to withdraw funds to a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger an account security review.
r 789 may require full KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. This typically involves confirming your identity, address, and the payment method you are using. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes for fully verified Accounts. IBFT withdrawals to bank accounts are generally processed within one to three business hours. r 789 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours and in the vast majority of cases significantly faster. If your withdrawal has not been received after 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference.
Any winnings generated from Bonus Credit are only eligible for withdrawal after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real-money funds that were deposited by you — and have not been mixed with unconverted Bonus Credit — may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount on r 789 is Rs 500. Balances below this threshold must reach Rs 500 before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
All promotions offered by r 789 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page, plus these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Credit carries a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each offer (for example, a "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal). Bets that are placed using real-money balance and bets placed using Bonus Credit are tracked separately. Only bets from Bonus Credit contribute to completing the associated wagering requirement.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Players once only. r 789 uses name, address, mobile number, payment method, device fingerprint, and IP address to identify whether a new Account is genuinely a new Player. Duplicate Accounts created to claim a welcome bonus a second time will be closed and both the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, Bonus Credit that has not been used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your Account will expire and be removed without replacement. r 789 is not obligated to notify you before a bonus expires, though we may send reminders as a courtesy.
r 789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already met its conditions, r 789 will honour the reward in respect of the qualifying activity already completed.
r 789 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed in error or at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault. If a bet is accepted and subsequently found to have been placed at an erroneous price, r 789 will either settle the bet at the correct price or void it and return the stake — the course of action applied will be communicated to the Player.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game, market, and stake level. Current limits are displayed within each game or market. r 789 may apply personalised bet limits to specific Accounts in circumstances where it has identified unusual betting patterns.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; a market was offered in error; a system error affected the outcome of a game; or the bet breaches these Terms in a manner that warrants voiding rather than forfeiture.
If you believe a game result or bet settlement was incorrect, you must raise a dispute with r 789 support within 14 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on r 789 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
Zero Tolerance: r 789 takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraud and cheating. Confirmed cases are reported to relevant financial authorities and payment networks. Funds obtained through prohibited conduct will not be returned.
r 789 may suspend or close your Account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, if it is required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement, if it identifies a security risk associated with your Account, or if it determines that continued operation of your Account poses a financial risk to the business or its other players.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting r 789 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment account. Bonus Credit is forfeited on Account closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. r 789 will notify you by SMS before applying a monthly administration fee of Rs 100 to dormant Accounts. Notification will be sent to your registered mobile number. Fees cease when you log back in. If the Account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of r 789. Scraping, data extraction, or automated access to Platform content is expressly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r 789's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the real-money balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises. r 789 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
r 789 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control (including network failures, power outages, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. r 789 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but is not liable for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.
Please note: Gaming always involves financial risk. r 789 games are designed for entertainment. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. These Terms do not restrict any consumer rights you hold under applicable Pakistani law that cannot be excluded by contract.
r 789 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
r 789 uses your data to provide and improve the Platform, verify your identity, process payments, comply with legal obligations, communicate with you about your Account, and where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications. r 789 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
r 789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could significantly affect your rights or obligations — r 789 will provide at least 7 days' notice by SMS to your registered mobile number before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your Account before the change takes effect. r 789 will process any resulting withdrawal request promptly.
